Though the tradition of the flower parades is really that
old in Nice, the shapes of the floats did change a lot
since!
1904: Fist time ever to drive at 120 km/h on the Promenade.
2004: 78,750 vehicles per day (on average) are passing on
the Promenade at the required, but not always applied, speed
limit of 50 km/h.
