The real estate market on the Promenade - The New Deal

Now that we are at the end of the year, and after several years of exponential increase, the prices of the properties on the sea-front in Nice are now stabilised.
Those apartments close to the city centre can easily be purchased between 8,000
to 10,000 €/m², depending on the quality of the condominium, on the state of the apartment itself, the elevation, the view, etc.
Starting from Magnan and going to the West, the prices vary from 3,000 to 5,000 €/m².
The demand was quite low since May 2006, despite a more active period in September and October.
The significant decrease of the dollar versus the euro, combined with the inflation did directly impact the customers from the dollar regions.
Here in Nice, as well as anywhere else on the French Riviera, the landlords who really want to sell their properties are lowering their expectations.
Within this context of a new deal, in a market under stabilisation, the (true) real estate experts are thus playing an important role, by advising and regulating the market itself.
The Promenade : a really good investment for the future
On our side, we are just much concerned to offer complete satisfaction to both parties involved in every transaction, and we only select those products with have the best quality for the money ratio.
And since the walk-in customers are not so many these days, we just go to meet them… In the past three months, we just went to Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine first of all, then in the United States, to attend to several exhibits and conferences and to establish partnership agreements with the best local real estate experts; this will enable us to have a good grip in these cities where we already have representation offices.
During each of these encounters, we can really measure the prestige of the Promenade des Anglais…which nowadays does not look like it should be and which is still under its international fame. Therefore, the status can only positively evolve.
The traffic will soon be reduced on the Promenade, thanks to the laying of additional traffic lanes on the expressway.
For all of this, buying now a property on the Promenade with the help of a good expert is a real good move as it is a good investment for the future.
