Now that we are at the end of the year, and after several
years of exponential increase, the prices of the properties
on the sea-front in Nice are now stabilised.
Those apartments close to the city centre can easily be
purchased between 8,000
to 10,000 €/m², depending on the quality of the condominium,

view, etc.
Starting from Magnan and going to the West, the prices vary
from 3,000 to 5,000 €/m².
The demand was quite low since May 2006, despite a more
active period in September and October.

Here in Nice, as well as anywhere else on the French

The traffic will soon be reduced on the Promenade, thanks to
the laying of additional traffic lanes on the expressway.
For all of this, buying now a property on the Promenade with
the help of a good expert is a real good move as it is a
good investment for the future.
